1. OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on the Etrovvo marketplace (etrovvo.com) and on stores hosted by Etrovvo are prepared, shipped, and delivered. Etrovvo is operated by EzShopper Technologies Inc. Etrovvo is a marketplace and commerce platform: products are sold and shipped by the participating merchants ("Sellers"), and shipping is handled through carriers integrated into the platform.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Each order is prepared and dispatched by the Seller, so the handling and dispatch time is defined by each Seller and shown on the product page or at checkout. Etrovvo asks all Sellers to ship as soon as possible so as not to negatively affect the customer's purchase experience. Some products (made to order, pre-order, or high-demand items) may take longer, as indicated at checkout. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding local public holidays.
3. DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COST
The delivery time and the shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, the weight and dimensions of the items, and the carrier selected. The exact estimate and price are displayed before you confirm and pay for your order. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are counted in business days after dispatch; they are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS AND COVERAGE
Orders are shipped through national and regional carriers integrated with the platform (for example Correios, Jadlog, OCA, and other partners depending on the country). Coverage depends on the Seller's location and the destination. If your address cannot be served by an available carrier, this will be indicated at checkout.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email with the tracking number and a link to follow your shipment, when the carrier provides tracking. You can also view the status of your orders in your account.
6. DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the Seller and the carrier and arrange a resolution (re-shipment, replacement, or refund where applicable). Claims for damage should include photographs of the product and the packaging.
7. ADDRESSES AND FAILED DELIVERIES
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to the Seller because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (which may incur an additional shipping fee) or a refund of the product value.
