Vendor guide

The steps that matter

This is the map: the steps, in order, to take your store from zero to your first paid sale — and what stays with our partner (not with Etrovvo). Each step opens the detailed guide. Start wherever you are.

Lost? The in-dashboard help assistant answers any of these steps and brings you to the right guide — and when something is done outside Etrovvo, it tells you where.

1

Log in to your account

It all starts with access. If you’re stuck at login or your store "disappeared" right after signup, this is where it gets fixed.

  1. 1Create the account or sign in with email and password (or with Google).
  2. 2Forgot your password? Use "Forgot my password" — the reset link arrives by email.
  3. 3If "Create your store" shows up right after signup, redo the create-store step — it’s recoverable and your data isn’t lost.

💡 We can't create your account or change your password for you — that happens on the sign-in screen. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam and contact support.

2

Add your ship-from address

It's where you ship from. Without it the store can't go live and no label prints — it’s the first required step.

  1. 1In Settings, type your postal code and let the address autofill.
  2. 2Fill in number and complement, then save.
  3. 3Done: checkout shipping calc and carrier labels now use this address.
3

Pick a category and go live

The category says what you sell (required by the payment partner). With address + payout + 1 active product, the store goes online on its own — no approval.

  1. 1In Settings, pick your store category from the accepted ones.
  2. 2Check the readiness checklist: what’s still missing to go live.
  3. 3Once the essentials are done, the store publishes automatically and you copy the link.
4

Add your products

No product, no sale. The form has a few fields that surprise vendors (Cost and Stock are required, and at least 1 photo).

  1. 1In Products → New product, fill in name, description and at least one photo (the first is the cover).
  2. 2Enter sale price, Cost and stock quantity — all three are required.
  3. 3Turn on variants for colors/sizes; digital products need no stock or shipping.
5

Make the store your own

Optional, but it’s what builds trust: theme, logo, colors and pages. It doesn’t block going live and you can change it anytime.

  1. 1Pick a theme — you can switch later without losing products or sales.
  2. 2In the Studio, tune colors, logo and the homepage with live preview.
  3. 3Edit your store pages (About, footer) to tell your story.
6

Set up getting paid

It’s how the money reaches you. In most countries you get paid straight into your own dLocal Go account; in Colombia and Chile the payout is manual.

  1. 1Open your free dLocal Go account, upload your documents and accept Etrovvo’s invite.
  2. 2Each sale then lands straight in your account — Etrovvo keeps only the commission.
  3. 3In Colombia and Chile, add your bank details: Etrovvo sends your share by hand.
7

Manage orders and ship

The sale landed — now what. Advance the status, generate the carrier label and hand the tracking to your customer.

  1. 1Open the paid order, check buyer and items, and advance the status as you fulfill it.
  2. 2Generate the carrier label from inside the order (you need a complete ship-from address).
  3. 3Cancel and refund are separate actions — cancelling never moves money.
8

Get paid, withdraw — and what’s beyond Etrovvo

Some of it is honestly beyond our reach: we explain and point the way, but the action happens with the partner. That lives in the FAQ.

  1. 1Withdrawals: the money sits in your dLocal Go account and moving it to your bank is done there, on their rules (timing, limits).
  2. 2Taxes and invoices: Etrovvo does not issue a tax invoice — that’s on you / your accountant. In the dashboard you can download a payment receipt.
  3. 3Password, two-factor and adding team members: done on the login provider, not inside Etrovvo — the FAQ explains each.

💡 Golden rule: anything that moves money or touches bank data, Etrovvo (and the assistant) explains but never does for you. That protects your money.
