We saw merchants paying too much, juggling multiple tools, and still feeling like they were working more for the platform than for themselves.

Most e-commerce platforms were built in another time. A time when merchants had to adapt to the system, instead of the other way around.
We saw people losing time and money fighting with tools that didn’t talk to each other. We saw merchants losing margins because of high fees and rules that seemed designed to protect everyone — except the people actually selling.
