What you can — and can’t — sell on Etrovvo

Etrovvo is a platform for legitimate businesses. To protect buyers, sellers and the platform itself, we keep a list of prohibited and restricted businesses, and a policy against money laundering, terrorism financing and sanctioned parties. Every store is reviewed before it goes live.

Prohibited businesses

You may not use Etrovvo to sell or promote:

Adult content, pornography or escort services
Unlicensed financial services (remittance, resellable e-money, debt collection, betting/CFDs)
Counterfeit goods, trademark/copyright infringement, or unlicensed streaming
Illegal activity: drugs, trafficking, hate/terrorism, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, scams
Gambling and betting
Pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs or medical devices
Tobacco, weapons, ammunition and explosives

Restricted businesses (require prior approval)

These need authorization and may require extra documentation before selling:

Cryptocurrencies and NFTs
Alcoholic beverages
Donations and crowdfunding
Jewelry and precious metals
Health, wellness and supplements
Vehicle sales

Anti-money-laundering (AML), CFT and sanctions

Etrovvo has zero tolerance for money laundering (AML) and terrorism financing (CFT). We verify sellers’ identity (KYC) and may screen sellers and their ultimate beneficial owners against sanctions lists (including OFAC). A sanctioned seller or beneficiary, or one involved in illicit activity, is refused or removed, and funds may be withheld. We may request documents (tax/ID document, proofs) at any time.

Review before going live

Before a store can sell, the Etrovvo team runs a manual review to confirm it doesn’t fall into the prohibited categories above. Stores that breach this policy — selling prohibited, illegal or counterfeit goods, or running scams — are suspended or banned without notice, and related funds may be held. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any account at our discretion.
