Zero-fee promotion — the fine print, in plain words

Until December 31, 2026, Etrovvo charges no commission on sales through your own store on the free plan. This page explains exactly what that means — and, above all, what third parties still charge.

1. What the promotion zeroes

While it runs, Etrovvo’s commission on sales through your own store on the free plan is 0% — instead of the standard 10%. You keep 100% of the merchandise value. Paid plans (Growth, Pro, Scale, Enterprise) already carry 0% commission on your own store and are monetized through the subscription; for them, nothing changes. The promotion applies to stores in every country Etrovvo serves, with no coupon, sign-up or request needed.

2. Payment processor fees — charged separately

The promotion zeroes ETROVVO's commission. It does not zero, cover or refund the fee charged by the payment processor — the company that handles your store's transactions. That fee is a cost of processing the payment, not of the platform.

  • The fee is set by the payment processor, not by Etrovvo. It varies by country, payment method (card, bank transfer, local methods, digital wallets), number of installments, and the terms it offers your account.
  • That fee is the payment processor's revenue, not Etrovvo's, and we have no control over its amount. We cannot change it, waive it or refund it.
  • The processor charges it directly, on each transaction — deducted from your payout or from your account with it, depending on how your store receives money. Exact amounts appear on its statement and in your dashboard.
  • We do not publish the percentage here: it is not ours, and it changes by country, payment method and installment plan. Check your processor’s own table before you price — stores paid through Rebill will find its rates at rebill.com/precios.
  • Etrovvo may change payment processor(s) at any time, including per country, and the applicable fee may change with it (Terms of Use, §5.1(c)).

3. What the promotion doesn't include

Besides payment processor fees, the following stay outside the promotion:

  • The subscription price of paid plans, which is unchanged.
  • Refunds, chargebacks and disputes raised by the buyer or the card issuer, along with any costs the payment processor charges for them.
  • Etrovvo's marketplace commission when you sell there, which follows the table published at /pricing.
  • Taxes and fiscal obligations of your own operation, which remain your responsibility.

4. How long it runs

The promotion applies to sales paid up to December 31, 2026, 11:59pm (UTC). What counts is the PAYMENT date of the sale, not the date the money is released to you: a sale paid within the promotion keeps 0% commission even if its payout is released after the period ends. From the next day, the commission table published at /pricing applies again.

5. Changes and termination

Etrovvo may end, suspend or change the conditions of this promotion at any time, with notice on the site. Sales already paid before the change keep the conditions in force on their payment date — no change is applied retroactively to a sale that already happened. This promotion supplements Etrovvo’s Terms of Use; where commissions are concerned, the Terms of Use prevail in case of conflict.
