1. OVERVIEW
This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on the Etrovvo marketplace (etrovvo.com) and on stores hosted by Etrovvo. Etrovvo is operated by EzShopper Technologies Inc. Products are sold by the participating merchants ("Sellers"); this policy sets the minimum standard that applies to purchases on the platform. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
2. RIGHT TO RETURN (CHANGE OF MIND)
You may request the return of a product within 7 days of receiving it if you change your mind, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging, tags, and accessories. In some countries the law grants a longer or specific withdrawal period; the most favorable term for the consumer always applies.
3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Please report the problem within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and the packaging. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the return shipping is paid by the Seller / the platform.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
To start a return or refund, contact us with your order number and the reason:

We will review the request, provide return instructions, and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is free for you. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost may be the buyer's responsibility, unless the consumer law of your country provides otherwise. The applicable cost will be confirmed when your request is approved.
6. REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival), the refund is approved and issued to your original payment method. Refunds are normally completed within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. Where a return is not required (for example, certain defective digital items), the refund is processed directly. If shipping was charged, it is refunded in full for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
7. EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size, color, or variant, request a return for refund and place a new order, or contact us so we can coordinate the exchange with the Seller, subject to stock availability.
8. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Unless they arrive defective or damaged, the following are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns: perishable goods, made-to-order or personalized items, intimate or hygiene products once opened, and downloadable digital products once accessed. Any such exception is shown on the product page.
