Ship your orders with Envia

Getting a package on its way should feel light. On Etrovvo your buyer already picked and paid the carrier at checkout — here you finish the origin address, generate the label from the order, print it, and hand it off. Let's walk it through together.

Stuck mid-shipment? The help bubble in your dashboard can bring you straight back to this guide.

1

Complete your ship-from address

Every Envia label ships from this pickup address, so if it's incomplete the label simply won't print.

  1. 1Open Shipping and find the 'Ship-from address' panel.
  2. 2If it reads "Incomplete — add street, city and state to generate labels.", click Edit.
  3. 3Fill in street + number, city, postal code and state/region, then save.
  4. 4Country stays locked to your store country — Envia shipping here is domestic-only.

💡 This flow covers AR, CL, CO and MX stores only — that's where Envia carries your parcels.

2

Open the paid order and find Shipments

The label lives on the order itself, and the section only appears once the order is paid and ready to ship.

  1. 1Go to your orders and open the paid one you're fulfilling.
  2. 2Scroll to the 'Shipments' section — it shows up when status is 'ready to ship' or 'shipped'.
  3. 3Read the banner "Carrier chosen by the customer:" to see the carrier and service picked at checkout.
  4. 4Digital orders won't show this at all — they carry no shipping and are auto-fulfilled.
3

Generate the Envia label

One click buys the label and pulls the tracking number back for you — nothing to type.

  1. 1The 'Carrier *' field is already pre-filled from the customer's checkout choice.
  2. 2Click 'Generate label'.
  3. 3Etrovvo sends the parcel's real weight and size plus both addresses to Envia and buys the label.
  4. 4Give it a moment — Envia returns the tracking number automatically.

💡 You never type a tracking number here, and the buyer already paid the outbound freight at checkout.

4

If a check stops you, here's the fix

Etrovvo validates before spending a carrier call, so a couple of clear messages can appear — each is quick to clear.

  1. 1Origin incomplete → finish street, city and postal code in Shipping → 'Ship-from address'.
  2. 2Recipient missing state → the buyer's address has no province/state; use Edit on the order's shipping address to add it.
  3. 3The state is read from the postal code, so make sure the ZIP/CEP is valid and matches the address.
  4. 4If the button does nothing, confirm your store is AR/CL/CO/MX and the order is still paid — a cancelled order can't buy a label.
6

Manual labels, return freight and refunds

If you bought a label elsewhere you can just record it — and it's worth knowing who pays for returns and how refunds actually work.

  1. 1To log an outside label, type 'Carrier *' and 'Tracking number *', then click 'Save shipment' — this records the shipment and emails tracking without buying an Envia label.
  2. 2Outbound freight is paid by the buyer at checkout, so you don't pay for it.
  3. 3Return freight is yours: when you approve a return, a reverse label is bought on Etrovvo's account and billed back to you as a ledger charge (reason 'reverse_label').
  4. 4Refunds are never automatic — with dLocal Go you record the refund yourself, and the money isn't sent until you do.
